No matter what travel bag, I always use the Stiff Arm by Clubglove, the telescoping club protector put in your bag next to your driver. I’ve had two stiff arms ruined by the impact of baggage handling, but my driver survived.
Club Glove’s name exudes confidence. Naming your travel bag “Last Bag” means your customers aren’t going to have to replace this bag for the rest of their golfing life. Granted, the price is $319.99, so it better be resilient. And the Last Bag lives up to the name. It weighs 10.6 lbs on its own, so it feels hearty and strong right out of the box. It’s made out of Cordura water resistant nylon, has YKK zippers and comes with an extra padded handle at the top and bottom. Also, the 2016 model has extra reinforcement on the back of the bag towards the base that was easily strained in older models. For $59, you can buy a “No Questions Asked” warranty, where Club Glove will replace your bag for free if anything happens to it. Otherwise, it has a limited lifetime warranty. Club Glove offers three sizes: Last Bag XL Pro Tour, Last Bag Large Pro and Last Bag Collegiate. Our pick is the Large Pro because the XL Pro Tour is huge and the Collegiate is small. The Large Pro is just right.
The Titleist Den Caddy adds Titleist Golf style and attitude to any room you put it in. The possibilities are only limited by your imagination. It also makes the perfect gift for the golfer in your life.
I have had the Club Glove Last Bag for 20 years and it has worked flawlessly. I’m lifetime gold medallion on Delta, and traveled with my sticks whenever I could. The bag is showing wear from baggage handling, but it just might be my last bag!
High-quality skid bars further enhance durability, and the lockable wrap-around zipper promotes convenient access without sacrificing security. In-line skate wheels roll smoothly. Extra-thick padded top protects clubs.
U-try gives you the freedom to test drive the club on your course, at your pace, with the golf ball you play. Use it as much as you like so you can really know what the club will do for your game before you invest in it.

The process of buying anything in today’s time has become stressful and time-consuming. We feel the best reviews are those that help you make the right choices and help you get the most out of your time and money. This way you can buy with confidence and eliminate a lot of the guesswork. We are here to help show you how a product will perform before you buy.
Have one of the original Club Glove Travel Bags, Lots of miles on that bag. Never had a damaged club in all those miles and the company stands behind their product. I split a zipper once, they paid shipping both ways and fixed the zipper, no muss no fuss, just done right by their customer. I’d buy another in a minute but I don’t need to, old faithful is still going strong.
Averaging 4 long haul flights a month for over 6 years I can vouch for the durability of Club Glove. I use the Last Bag Collegiate which fits my cart bag (Ping Traverse). The key to any travel bag though is using a “stiff arm” – without it no bag will stop your graphite shafts getting broken.
Nice preowned condition with some typical signs of use. This bag has some in embroidery as shown in the photo. This can be removed as there are several techniques in videos you can watch on how to do it. I have done it on things before and it is easy but can be time-consuming but it’s a good project while you’re sitting in front of the television having a adult beverage. It comes with the stiff arm as shown in photos. No shoulder strap is included. What you see is exactly what you will receive. Please check my feedback and buy with confidence.

I have traveled all the world and have never had a problem. I use a SKB hard case with great success and meets the dimensions that can travel as free luggage with Delta, because with my lightweight bag it weight under weight limitations. I have had it for about twenty years. Still looks great. The company as replaced one support and keys I have lost free of charge. I am sold on these. May not be a pretty, but very functional. Tough to fit in small size vehicles when traveling.

Durability (25 points) – To determine durability, we evaluated the stitching of the bag along with the material used. Regardless of what you’re buying, you expect it to last. Travel bags, especially because they’re used so infrequently, need to be durable enough to last several years. Some bags are made of inexpensive materials, while the top performers in this category offer wheels, zippers, buckles, and materials that are built to last.
I’ve had and used a Samsonite hardcover travel bag for a few years and love it. It was fairly inexpensive compared to those in this list and has held up very well over the 9-10 times I’ve traveled with it the least 4-5 years.

Researching golf club travel bags can be difficult. Some are very expensive, others are cheap. Some are hard case, others are soft-sided. Trying to figure out what is best for your budget and needs can be tricky, but we’ve done the hard work for you. After surveying our staff, testing out a couple of options ourselves and wading through various reviews, we’ve got our official recommendations for what golf club travel bag is right for you. Let’s cut to the chase – there aren’t that many stellar options. The three we have picked aren’t the cheapest selections either, but they will safely get your clubs from point A to point B and will take the assured beating they will receive from the airport baggage handlers. Our top two picks are also bigger bags. When going on golf trips, you will need that extra room in the bag for a dozen golf balls, a second pair of golf shoes, a rain suit, etc. Use that space as an overflow from your main suitcase.
Packing (15 points) – Quite simply how much gear can the bag hold? Many of our testers mentioned that they used their travel bag as extra storage on the flight. With the price of carry-on fees these days, we’re on the same page. The best bags in this category offer room for the necessities, as well as plenty of room for extras.

I agree with all the criteria being used but I would have liked to see another one: Weight. I try to pack as much as possible in my travel bag so it’s important that it is lightweight. I’m sure the Stiff Arm works but being Canadian, I just cut the blade off an old hockey stick and it’s worked so far!
